Benjamin of Goochland & Cumberland, left a will dated 18 Mar 1771, proved 26 Sep 1774, recorded in Cumberland Co WB 2. He married Mary Poindexter.

They had children; Benjamin Littleberry Mosby, Poindexter Mosby, Mary Ann who married John Netherland, and Theodosia who married Joseph Carrington.
