Censuses indicate that Seeley Owen Sr may have been a Mormon who practiced polygamy. He seems to have more than one wife.
Children of Seeley and Betsey are listed as Seeley Jr., Barbara Elizabeth, Hannah, Jewel, Joseph, and Minard.

Elizabeth "Betsey" PICKEL and Seeley OWEN Sr. were married on 27 March 1847.¹ Seeley OWEN Sr. was born on 20 March 1805 in Crittenden County, Vermont. He died in 1881 at the age of 76 in Flagstaff, Arizona.
