William PERKINS and Rebecca "Becky" MILLER were married on 25 December 1811 in Henry County, Virginia.¹⁶ Rebecca "Becky" MILLER, daughter of John Dabney MILLER and Sarah CURD, was born (date unknown).

William PERKINS and Martha Hale DANDRIDGE were married on 13 March 1830 in Henry County, Virginia.¹⁶ Martha Hale DANDRIDGE was born on 23 September 1795.^2,16 She died in 1875 at the age of 80 in Martinsville, Henry County, Virginia.¹⁶

Martha Hale Dandridge was a first cousin of Martha Washington.
