57. Abigail MCBEE³³ was born in 1794 in Tennessee.²⁹ She died between 1870 and 1880 at the age of 76 in Washington County, Arkansas.

Abigail MCBEE and William WALTERS were married on 15 June 1818 in Claiborne County, Tennessee. William WALTERS^33,141,142, son of Obediah WALTERS and Abigail MCBEE, was born in 1794 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. He died in 1882 at the age of 88 in Washington County, Arkansas.

MILITARY: William Walters was a veteran of the War of 1812. Served as a private in the 2 Regt [Lillard's] of the East Tennessee Volunteers.

1840 Grainger Co TN. This is too young and probably the William son of John & Rhoda Walters.....

Although most databases give William's wife as Abigail McBee, it seems terribly coincidental to me, since that was also William's mother's name. However, it does seem to be the case.
