533. Elizabeth A. "Bessie" HOLLAND²⁰ was born on 22 March 1879 in Virginia. She died on 27 October 1954 at the age of 75 in Danville, Pittsylvania County, Virginia.

Although Bessie's obit said she was born in 1880, the 1900 census states 1799, and gives her age as 21. In 1880 she was already 1 year old.

Mrs. Robinson's Funeral Rites Friday at 11 A.M.
The funeral of Mrs. Elizabeth Holland Robinson, 74, wife of the late Dr. Julian M. Robinson, will be conducted at the graveside in Green Hill Cemetery tomorrow at 11 a.m. The body is a Townes Funeral Home.
She had been in declining health for some time and died in Memorial Hospital last night at 8:50 o'clock.
A native of Danville, Mrs. Robinson was born March 22, 1880, a daughter of the late Christopher Grant Holland and Catherine Walters Holland. After attending the Baptist Female College (now known as Averett) and Hollins College, she married Dr. Robinson in 1904.
Mrs. Robinson was a charter member of the Danville Garden Club, a member of the Wednesday Club, and attended the First Baptist Church. At the time of her death she was residing at 278 W. Main Street.
The deceased is survived by two sons, Julian M. Robinson Jr. of Danville and William Holland Robinson of Durham, NC, and three Grandchildren.

Elizabeth A. "Bessie" HOLLAND and Dr. Julian M. ROBINSON were married in 1904. Dr. Julian M. ROBINSON was born in 1876 in Virgina. He died before 1954 at the age of 78.
