29. Jacob FISHBACK⁷⁶ was born on 14 April 1749 in Culpeper County, Virginia.¹⁷ He died on 15 September 1821 in Clark County, Kentucky.¹⁷ Moved to Kentucky in the fall of 1783, settled first in the Forks of Dicks River.

Jacob FISHBACK and Phebe MORGAN were married on 19 February 1771.⁷⁶ Phebe MORGAN was born on 13 September 1751 in Fauquier County, Virginia.^76,77 She died on 16 August 1837.⁷⁶
