Third Generation

17. Benjamin HOLTZCLAW¹⁹ was born about 1745.¹⁵ He died in 1826 at the age of 81 in Lincoln County, Kentucky.¹⁷ Benjamin Holtzclaw was paid during the Revolution for supplies furnished the troops in Fauquier County. Moved to Lincoln County KY in 1804.

Benjamin HOLTZCLAW and Catherine Melinda RUSSELL were married.¹⁵ Catherine Melinda RUSSELL¹⁹ was born in January 1757. She died about 1834 at the age of 77 in Lincoln County, Kentucky.¹⁹ May have been a first cousin, daughter of Martin Russell, brother of Catherine.

Benjamin HOLTZCLAW and Catherine Melinda RUSSELL had the following children:
