1850 Bienville Parish LA Census. Living with Jackson and Lucy are Hiram Russaw, age 80 born in VA, and Rachel Barrow, age 35 born in SC. Neither has an occupation listed; possibly kin of his wife?

The 1860 Census for Bienville Parish is lost.

He isn't found in that Parish in 1870.

Jackson HIGGINBOTHAM and Lucy [HIGGINBOTHAM] were married.¹⁵ Lucy [HIGGINBOTHAM] was born in 1822 in Alabama.¹⁵
