49. Perry Victor HAYS^23,53 was born in March 1899 in Arkansas.⁵⁴ He died in 1951 at the age of 52.⁵³

In 1930 in Ft. Smith is "Prairie" Hayes. Age 26 [he was, I believe, listed as Perry in 1899]. Married at age 19, Farming with his father. Lula, wife was age 21, married at age 16. She was born in OK, her mother b. AR, her father b. OK. They had two sons, Ben Perry age 5 and Wayne age 3.

Perry Victor Hays is the father of William Wayne Hays, who contacted me by a third party in an attempt to find out more about his family.

He was a Farmer. B. M. Hays, father of Dora, AR is listed as his nearest relative. He was of medium height, small build. Brown Eyes, light hair. 12 Sep 1918.

Perry Victor HAYS and Lula Fern JAMES were married in 1924.^23,53 Lula Fern JAMES was born in 1909 in Oklahoma.²³ She died in 1937 at the age of 28 in Oklahoma.⁵³
