State of Missouri vs. Bert Hayden, Marshal Ander, Linzy Bunyard & Church Haydon
Before A. C. Hamby, Justice of the Peace for Spring Creek Township
Bert Hayden, Marshal Anderson, Linzy Bunyard and Church Hayden on the 14th day of November, 1907, in said County of Douglas, did then and there unlawfully, wilfully, maliciously and contimptously disturb and disquiet an assembly of people then and there met for a lawful purpose towit: for the purpose of having an entertainment and box supper at the Fry schoolhouse in Douglas County Missouri, said schoolhouse being then and there set apart and used for the purpose of having said entertainment and box supper, by then and there making a noise and by rude and indecent behavior and profane discourse within there place of assembly and so near the same as to interrupt and disturb the order and solemnity of the assembly; against the peace and dignity of the state.

Ida was the daughter of Joseph C. Cannifax and Sarah Solomon.

James Archie Davis HADEN1116 was born on 12 March 1909 in Marion, Ozark County, Missouri. He died on 15 August 1915 at the age of 6 in Marion, Ozark County, Missouri.

James died of blood poisoning following injury to his let in a fall - he lived about 10 days following the fall. His parents are listed as Robert C. Haden and Ida Cannifax. R. C. Haden of McClurg, MO was the informant.



Sybil Ann HADEN1117 was born on 26 December 1913 in Rome, Douglas County, Missouri. She died on 23 April 1947 at the age of 33.

Sybil is buried Spring Creek Cemetery, Douglas Co, MO. Her husband was Rondo Ramey Burdett - his name is on the stone, but he is buried Ava Cemetery, Ava, MO with his later wife, Maggie. Rondo was born 18 Aug 1900, died 11 Mar 1970.
