This marriage may be incorrect, or Lula died quite young. By 1880, Robert's wife is given as Florence - or maybe she had two names. A Robert A. Haden, born 1882, died 1957, listed his parents as Robert Payne Haden, and Lula Powell.

Robert Haden, blacksmith, found in Madison Co AL in 1880, but his wife was given as Florence, age 24. They had a son, age 1. Robert's half-brother Henry was living with them.
