(2) Almine BENJAMIN.  Herrick, a farmer, was born in the RAYNOR homestead in Westhampton built by his father. Herrick and Harriet are bur. in the Westhampton Cemetery.  In his will, Herrick leaves his daughter, Harriet, a chest of "my first wife with initial HH and my first wife's things"; she also received a gold ring of her mother's.  The balance of Herrick's estate was left to his son, Oscar Bingley, and $200 "to my present wife".  Will proved 15 May 1837.  After their mother's (Harriet Halsey RAYNOR) death in childbirth, 25 Dec 1833, the children, Oscar Bingley and Harriet, went to live with their Uncle and Aunt, John Cook and Mehitable (JAGGER) RAYNOR
