Directions from EAST via Sunrise Highway:

Take exit 62 north. (RT.111- Pt Jefferson-Westhampton Rd) *Follow north to the end. Fork to the right past “The Maples” which is on the left & proceed over RR tracks. Turn right onto Mill Rd. & follow signs for Swan Lake Golf Club. (left on Terry Rd. & right onto River Rd) 

Directions from NORTH  FORK

Get on LI Expressway & off at exit 70 north, ( RT.111) then *Follow directions above from East via Sunrise Highway. 

Directions from WEST via Sunrise Highway: 

Take exit 59 north. (Wading River Rd) Go over the LIE & RR Tracks. **At the ST. Peter & Paul’s  RC Church on the right, TURN RIGHT on North Street. It will curve to the left –follow signs for Swan Lake Golf Club, go right on River Road.

Directions from WEST via Long Island Expressway:

After registration, take time to chat with family members over coffee, bagels and other goodies;  look at our extensive ‘Raynor’ exhibits and resource materials and even perhaps find a new ‘cousin’ or two. 

Please know that you also are invited to bring from your own family archives, any ‘Raynor’ family history items or documents you may wish to ‘show and tell’ or bring just for exhibit. Please mark your material as to its significance as you never know what impact your story may have for another or how it may be connected to another! 

Our Raynor Family Store will also be open for your convenience. Those of you who order  from this newsletter, and are planning to come  to the Round-Up,  may pick up your items at that time and need not include the shipping & handling on your order.

Mrs. Dorothy Magnani, born & raised in Manorville is scheduled as our speaker. She plans to share early  Manorville history & some Raynor stories with us.  Mrs. Magnani  is a  former school nurse teacher at Eastport Schools,  was involved with the beginnings of the Manorville Historical Society and served as curator at the Manorville Old School House Museum.  She is an author of several historical booklets, one entitled “History of Manorville.”
 
 

Buffet lunch served in the Eagles Nest.     Round-Up Table photos will be taken.

For anyone wishing to visit any of the Manorville Cemeteries or other places of interest, there will be pamphlets, directions  and information at the Round-Up.

Cost per person for Round-Up XVIII is $36.00  which includes gathering, lunch, gratuities, & program.  Children (10 and under)  ½ price -  $18.00. 

Pre-registration is encouraged to minimize paper work at the Registration Desk and gives us a more accurate count for the luncheon. If you are coming and would like to pay your membership dues for the coming year, 2010, please include the membership form on the next page with your Round-Up reservation.  Everything can be on one check.  PLEASE RETURN ALL FORMS AND FEES as soon as possible and no later than September 24, 2009.
