Edward Harrison Leonard Eyes (son of Edward William Eyes and Mary Jane Smith) married Eveline Elizabeth Mills at Liverpool Register Office on July 11, 1903. The following is a history of the Mills family.

Edward Mills, 17?? - 18??

Little is known about Edward Mills other than he was a miller and that he was from Montgomeryshire, Wales. It is possible that he is the Edward Mills who married Ann Jones at Garthbeibo, Montgomeryshire. He had at least one child, John, born in 1799.

John Mills, 1799 - 1870

John Mills, the son of Edward Mills, was born in Montgomeryshire. It is probable that he is the same John Mills, son of Edward and Anne, who was baptized at Llanerfyl, Montgomeryshire on March 9, 1799.
