Whipped Cream Frosting

1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. flour
1/4 pound butter (no substitutions)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In a saucepan, blend milk and flour. Let mixture come to a boil, stirring constantly until thick. Chill cooked mixture. Beat sugar, butter and vanilla. Add to chilled mixture and beat for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
