Judy’s Busy Day Peach Cobbler

Melt 1 stick of margarine in a 9 by 12 pan. Mix 1 c. self rising flour (no substitutions), 1 c. sugar, and 1 c. milk. Pour mixture over top of margarine. Then pour one large can of peaches with juice over top of the mixture in the pan. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes.

Note: Use any fruit you want. I’ve used fresh fruit too. For example, I have poured uncooked blueberries over top. It was yummy!
