MR C W HODDER

Mr Charles W Hodder of Streatfield Road, Bellview Hill, whos remains were cremated at Rookwood on Saturday was 43 years of age. He was the second son of the Late Mr & Mrs Walter Hodder of Cowra.

The deceased saw active service in Egypt and France for three years and was invalided home in 1917. For several years he was associated with Leyland Motors Pty Ltd. He was a member of the Royal Motor Yatch Club, The Aero Club and the Commercial Travellers Club, and was a member of the Royal Arch Chapter 425 and Lodge Australia Lewis no 554, Masonic Order.

He is survived by Mrs Hodder nee Miss Olive Besford and daughter Shirely aged 5 and one son Peter aged 3.

A service in St Marks Darling Point was conducted by the Rev Canon Lea. Parents: Walter HODDER and Margaret PRINCE.
