To son James land in Magotty Cove, St. John’s commonly called Langs Room and on his death to his eldest son “lawfully begotten.”Other land to James in trust to pay “my daughters Elizabeth, Fanny and Jane” £80 annually, independent of any present of future husband. Dwellinghouse in which he now resides to be held in trust for dau Fanny so long as she shall live unmarried. When she marries or dies the house to be let for the best rent obtainable.
