Hello and welcome to my homepage. You'll find as you explore my website that I have a wide variety of interests. I don't do as many updates on this site as I should. Perhaps someday I'll find the time.
My interest in Genealogy first came about while doing a class assignment my Junior year of high school but it wasn't until a few years later that the bug really bit me. I haven't been as active the last few years as I have in the past but the bug has bitten again!
I've always had an interest in Gardening. I got my green thumb from my grandmother. She was always growing something just as my aunts continue to do. Watching seeds grow into big beautiful plants makes me feel good knowing I had a helping hand in its growth. I'm a life member of the Seed Savers Exchange. This group is dedicated to preserving heirloom and old standard varieties of vegetables, fruits and flowers.
It seems I've always had an interest in Sports. I've been an active participant in several online baseball and football leagues over the years. It's fun and allows you to match wits with others around the world. Who from Tennessee isn't a Big Orange fan? No matter where I may go in this world or live I'll always be a Tennessee Volunteers fan! Although I had never been a fan of the Houston Oilers of the National Football League (NFL) I said that when the team moved to Tennessee I'd support the team and now with their name changed to the Tennessee Titans I'm proud to say they're my favorite team in the NFL.
