The Descendents of Nicholas Haward/Howard
          of Croydon-cum-clopton, Cambridgeshire
Assuming that the Henry Howard baptised on 20th June, 1613 at Croydon-cum-clopton is the same Henry that married Ann Vickers and moved to Little Shelford in about 1634, then we have a further generation of Howard/Hawards from Croydon and Arrington.

Nicholas Haward married Elizabeth Howton on 12th November, 1608 at Croydon-cum-clopton. As the Croydon parish registers begin at 1599, I have not been able to find the baptism of either Elizabeth or Nicholas.  It appears that they moved to Arrington between june of 1614 and December of 1614.
Nicholas and Elizabeth had the following children:-

Grace Haward bp 26 2.1608 Croydon-cum-clopton
                           bur 27.7.1615 Arrington
John Haward bp 23.1.1610 Croydon-cum-clopton
Henry Haward bp 20.6.1613 Croydon-cum-clopton
                            m 25.3.1633 Cambridge St. Sepulcher's to
Ann Vickers
                            bur 28.5.1659
Barbarye Haward bp 25.12.1614 Arrington
                                 m 8.5.1837 Arrington to
Richard Adams
Grace Haward bp 18.3.1616 Arrington
                           bur 20.4.1636 Arrington
Mary Haward bp 26.10.1620 Arrington
                          m 15.6.1641 Arrington to
William Rutterforth
                          bur 5.6.1642 Arrington
William Haward bp 23.5.1622 Arrington

There are no burials for any  Howards after 1625 in Croydon-cum-clopton and no burials after 1657 in Arrington, so it is not known where the family were living when Nicholas died, for example.

There are two other Howards married and having children at Croydon-cum-clopton and the same time;
John Hayward and Isabell Maulden married 9th June 1606, and William Haward and Elinor Smith married 15th June 1610.
These are very likely to be brothers of Nicholas although there is no way of knowing for sure unless we can identify the parish of their births.
