His ways are always best,

Whatever they may be...

Of joy or sorrow, grief or pain,

He will take care of me.

For in the greatest trial

His presence will be manifest

If I but trust awhile.

And when this life is o'er

Great joy and blessing will I share

With Christ forevermore.
