            Mildred Strohbeck

                Mildred L. Strohbeck, 81, of Alton, died at 9:06 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, 1986, at
            Blu-Fountain Manor in Godfrey.
                She was born in Shipman, daughter of the late James and Bessie (Edwards) Smith.
                Surviving, are one son, Eugene E. Strohbeck of Houston, Texas; two grandchildren;
            one great-granddaughter; and two sisters, Lily Bohlmeyer and Nettie Bohlmeyer, both
            of Shipman.
                Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Smith Funeral Home in Alton, where
            services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday.  Rev. Deborah Smith will officiate.
                Burial will be in Woodburn Cemetery.
                Memorials may be given to Twelfth Street Presbyterian Church of Alton, where she
            was a member.
