            Samuel H. Strohbeck Passes On AT Brighton

                Death of 75-Year-Old Resident Occurs Sunday At Home Of His Brother, August Strohbeck.
                Samuel H. Strohbeck, 75, son of the late Geo. H. and Louisa Strohbeck died Sunday, 
            May 16th at the home of his brother, August Strohbeck at Brighton, Ill.
                He was born Feb. 20, 1862 at Fosterburg, Ill.  Until the time of his sickness he had 
            made his home with his sister, Mrs. Emma Paust of St. Louis.  He was a member of the 
            Lafayette Park Methodist church of that city.
                Surviving are four brothers and three sisters.  August, Theodore and William of Brighton 
            and George of Fosterburg; Emma Paust of St. Louis, Louisa Lowe of Wood River and Ida 
            Scheurer of Fosterburg.
                Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, May 19th at 2 p.m. at the Jacoby Funeral 
            Home, Bunker Hill, and interment was in Fosterburg cemetery.
