            Strohbeck

                Earl William Strohbeck, 74, of 1643 S. Rodgers Alton, died at 2:15 a.m. 
            Saturday at Alton Memorial Hospital.
                He was a wholesale egg dealer for 30 years before retiring in 1953.
                Surviving are a son, Eugene of New Orleans; three brothers, Dewey of Shipman,
            Newell of Brighton, and Kenneth of Ferguson, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Graul of
            Brighton; and two grandchildren.
                Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Smith Funeral Home, Alton.
                Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home by the
            Rev. Paul Krebs.
                Burial will be in Woodburn Cemetery, Woodburn.
