Sarah was born October 4, 1872 in Wymore, Nebraska. In March 1891 she married John E. Jones, also of Wymore. They lived on a farm south of Wymore and had three sons, Amwel, Emrys and Evan. When they retired in 1919, they moved into town. They were members of Bethel Presbyterian Church for over fifty years and were known for being extremely giving of their time and talents.
Sarah died in Beatrice,
Nebraska, in August of 1963.
