Even though this genealogy begins with John Dunn, 
it primarily contains the descendants of John Dunn's daughter, 
Martha "Patsey" (Dunn) Hanson, and her husband, William Hanson of Georgia. 
I have no record of the parentage of William Hanson, 
but as there were several marriages between the Hanson and Dunn families, 
I have included the Dunn lines in this genealogy. 
Some of the Dunn connections are not proven, as noted in individual records, but the probability is great. 
I am constantly revising this Hanson and Dunn genealogy and website, so check back often.
