Anna had worked as a waitress and her last residence was at Eagle Point, OR. She was married to Wesley HAYES, and was the daughter of Eli HALSEY and Polly Ann THOMPSON. Anna was 91 years of age when she died from cerebral thrombosis and aterioslerotic cardiovascular disease. The informant listed is Albert ANDERSON, her step-son. Anna was buried at Wolf Creek Cemetery, Jackson Co, OR, by Conger-Morris, 715 West Main Street, Medford, OR.

Cemetery visit, Jun 2000: Stone reads "Anna Vaughan HAYES, Mother, Oct 17, 1888-June 19 1980". Very nice stone with engraved picture of mountains, trees and sunrise. (Next to large black wrought iron fence. No other family members in cemetery.)
