Will: "I Marcus LATIMER of Charles County, do make this, my Will. To my wife, Ann LATIMER, a Negro woman named Judith; a boy named Harry; a woman named Linda; a woman named Sall, and a Negro man named George. To my son Samuel LATIMER, a Negro boy named Peter. To my daughter, Mary LATIMER, a Negro girl named Lucy. To my daughter, Rebecca LATIMER a Negro girl named Kate. To my son Thomas LATIMER, a Negro man named Jacob. To my daughter Joanah LATIMER, a Negro boy named Not. To my daughter Elizabeth Ann LATIMER a Negro boy named Jerry. To my son Walter LATIMER, a Negro boy named David. To my son, now at my wife's breast, named Marcus, a Negro boy named Joe.
To my wife - half of the rest of my personal estate.

Probated on 6 Dec 1790 by Ann LATIMER, acting executrix, and by the oaths of both witnesses. James LATIMER, one of the appointed executors, refused to act as executor. Letters Testamentary were granted to Ann LATIMER; her securities were Hugh COX and James LATIMER.
