KY Death Certificate #13899: Sarah MULLINS, born 25 May 1897, Letcher Co; died 7 Jun 1922, Fleming, Letcher, KY. Sarah died at 24 years of Pulmonary tubercolsis. She was the daughter of James MORGAN (of Letcher Co) and Mattie WEBB (of Letcher Co). The Informant listed is William Edmiston, of Cromora, Letcher, KY. Sarah was buried at Potters Fork on 8 Jun 1922. (According to Nancy C. SLOAN, Mattie is actually the daughter of Joseph Simpson ADKINS and Sarah Bates. She also stated that Sarah had a daughter named "Fuschia", who was raised by Mattie.)
