He had been a farmer and was married. James was the son of John H. MORGAN and Manervy POTTER, both of Letcher Co. The certificate was signed by B. R. Conley, M. D., of Fleming, Letcher, KY. Living with spouse, James MORGAN and 8 children. 1920 CENSUS, Fleming, Letcher, KY, ED 67: 45 years, born KY, parents born KY.
