On the south side of the north fork of Licking Creek and bounded
to wit, beginning at the mouth of a small branch at a mulbury
& elm corner to Joseph Farrow'a preemption thence with the line of the
said preemption south twenty nine degrees west three hundred twenty
poles to an ash and white oak tree on the east side of a branch thence
south sixty one degrees east two hundred eighty two poles to two sugar
trees thence north twenty nine degrees east three hundred & four poles
to a beech & ash on the bank of said creek thence down the
meanders of the same to the beginning.
 
 
Treasury Warrent  #4400 entered May 25, 1786, 500 acres lying on the
south side of the north fork of licking creek and bounded
