AFTER payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH unto My three daughters. Margaret Lawerence. and Josephine Elizabeth, and Ethel May, my house and furniture and land situated in Belgrave St, Manly to be sold and divided equally between the three, and the land situated near the lagoon Manly to be sold and divided equally among my five daughters, the three named above, and, Theresa Jane, and Martha Amnelia.

AND I HEREBY APPOINT  my daughter Margaret Lawerence  EXECUTRIX  of this my Will  IN WITNESS  whereof I have hereunto set my hand this day of Sept 9th in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one

Signed by the said the Testator and by him declared to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses
