            The Q Master of the Regt under my command having completed the period of service as regards the Royal Warrant of 3rd Nov 1849 I have the honor to transmit for approval the following document in support of his application for an increased rate of pay from 6/6 to 8/6 a day in doing so I beg also to convey my continued and entire approval of Mr. Moirs conduct and zeal in the discharge of the duties entrusted to him.
