    F. R. H. Baker has received in-
    structions from the Executors in the
    Estate of the late Jane Williams to
    offer on the  ABOVE DATE

    "Williams Farm", situated about 1¼
    miles from  Fernmount, comprising
    204 acres C.P. land more or less,
    eminently suited for farming or
    grazing purposes, a large portion of
    the land is fenced and perfectly clear
    and the whole well watered.  In
    addition to its many advantages
    which must be seen to be properly
    appreciated, this grand property has a
    frontage of between 50 and 60 chains
    to the Bellinger River, and a double
    frontage to the main road to
    Kempsey.

    worth investigating.
