Lloyd Michael Childress (b. 1945)
Son of John Franklin Childress, Sr.

Mike Childress is shown above with his wife Annette
Clutter (b. 1946). Mike is a retired Community Relations director for a large
chemical company in East Texas. One of Mike's pastimes is pen and ink
drawings and he has sold his works to
many business entities, as well as to individuals, on a commissioned basis. Mike is a
contributor to Ducks Unlimited and the Texas Wildlife Association, as
demonstrated by the 2003 order form for one of Mike's prints. Mike's other
interests are wide and varied. He's a master at golfing, fishing, hunting,
shooting and generally goofing off. He's shown
with two of arguably the most powerful men in post-2000 Federal and State politics, Karl Rove and
David Dewhurst. In the next photo, Mike is shown with the sort of bass
that always seems to have been caught the day before Mike's brother Pat arrives
to fish with him.
