Photographs from
a descendant of
Alice Richardson Griffith

Daughter of Theopolis and Mary Ellen Wiley Richardson

This is a hodge podge collection, and includes non family members.
Alice was the recipient of a number of photos from her unmarried aunts, the Wiley sisters, of Wheeling, West Virginia.

The Xenia, Ohio photographic studio pictures somehow relate to Katherine Wiley as matron at the Old Soldiers and Sailors Home in Xenia, Ohio from 1879 to 1893, and Alice Richardson Griffith as a pupil there from 1879-1883.

Alice's grandmother, Mary Ellen Kettlewell Wiley and her grown children, including her son Andrew Wiley, lived in Mansfield, Ohio during the 1880's.

The Wiley sisters lived their last years in Wheeling, West Virginia
