Here are my "Jones Leaves" of the tree!!

James Thomas Jones left Campbell County, Virginia in 1868 and settled in mid-Missouri.  He was the son of Thomas Hunter Jones and Paulina Martha Talbot.  The two adorable blondes below are the his third great  granddaughters.  They also the sixth great  granddaughters of John Poindexter of Campbell County, (paternal grandmother's line) who had land adjacent the Jones plantation in Virginia.  I find it amazing that these families joined again nearly 200 years later.

Almost three years later, my friends tell me I still look the same
What they don't tell you (and why they're called "friends!")
is about all the under eye circles and loads of extra weight
you get from having two babies 18 months apart after 35!!
I'm the genealogy addict of the family.
My maternal and paternal lines both trace back
to 17th century Virginia - and that web page is yet to come!
