                  Nancy Johnson, b. abt 1784  (daughter)

                  Pleasant S. Johnson, b. 1795, d. 1826 (son)

                  James J. Johnson, b. 1800, Wayne Co., KY, (grandson) married Lydia Derrom (Dunnim?)

                  Permelia Ann Johnson, b. 1802, prob. Wayne Co, KY, (grandaughter?) married Harvey Young

                  John M. Johnson, b. 1804, Wayne Co., KY, (grandson) married Sally Kelly

        Mrs. Rebecca Johnson,  (relationship unknown; possible)

                (found only on 1820 Census; lives next door to James Johnson, b. 1759.  She may be the "Bena" Cox who married William Johnson in 1819.  This William Johnson is only known by this marriage. He is not in the 1820 census.  This is not the William Johnson born 1757.

The following family groups are not identified with the above family group of James Johnson, b. 1759 as no proven relationship exists.  A suspected connection is with William Johnson, b. 1757.  Many of the following Johnson families has its own researcher.  Most are not connected with each other or their connection is unknown.  Some have no known researcher and no known links to the other Johnson families.

Andrew Johnson (found only on 1820 Census)  Possibly the father of Andrew D. Johnson, b. abt 1820, who married Betsy Ann Johnson abt 1839.
