WHITE Artifacts--Descendants of John Philip White
The document transcribed below is from the effects of Mildred Evelyn (Hawkins) Livingston, daughter of George White Hawkins & Augusta VanTine.
Since it references "Grandfather White" and "Grandmother White" nee Hampton, the author is presumably one of the children of either George W. White (who's only child is adopted) or Mary Hampton White Hawkins. Since it was in the possession of one of the daughters of George White Hawkins, it is likely that he is the author--perhaps it was compiled in the context of the Ocean Grove suit around 1908? Furthermore, since William Alfred Hawkins died late 1906 or early 1907, this paper--which lists him as deceased--must have been written after that time. At the bottom, in pencil and written by William Dawson Johnson, Jr., is the date 1907 (see transcription below)
