Excerpt from photocopy of record of Oak Hill Cemetery, Nyack, New York

It is unclear what bearing this information has.  However, it was provided by Mildred Evelyn (Livingston) Johansen 1, presumably because it was among her mother's effects (which is the basis for other information we have about Martin VanTine).  A handwritten "list" (in what we believe is Mildred Evelyn Johansen's writing) implies that George Albert Kennard and Catherine A. are the parents of Sarah Kennard.  (This may be interesting in relation to the 1860 Federal Census:
