 1  All information regarding Deacon Samuel Hyde is from Family Tree Maker's Genealogy Site Genealogy Report Ancestors of Erich and Philipp von Hitritz although  there is a significant discrepancy between the date of his birth and the dates of birth of his parents.    Source is Jackson's History of Newton Mass. p. 313; at LDS, however, Samuel Hyde is listed as the son of William and Elinor (Molineux) Hyde which is more likely, and Temperance Crompton, his wife, is the sister of Alice Crompton.  More research required.
