WILL OF ISAIH JOHNS

State of South Carolina
Union District

In the name of God Amen; I Isaiah Johns of the State and District afore Sd being Weake in body but of a Sound mind memory & Understanding. Do think proper to Sette my worldly affairs in manner & Form as follows:
First I Commit my Sole to God Who gave it & my body to beburyed at the discreation of my Executors Hearafter mentiond. &
Secondly that all my Just deabts & funeral Expencis bepaid as Soon as may be after my Decease ---Itum  the first I give to my Sun William apart of my Land on the South Side and boundid as follows----beginning at the head of the Spring branch & thence down Sd. branch to the Upperford & thence South to the top of the banke thence along Sd. banke to abeach thence down Sd. branch
to the Lower Line thence round on the back Line to the beginning----and also Igive to My Sun
James aparte of my Land and boundid as follows, beginning at the Spring & running Near a north Corse up the holler that runs along the back of the orchard to the head of a hollow Back of the field thence down Sd hollow to Jamesis fence thence along Sd. Fence a striate Lint To the back Line thence round the back Line to the beginning----& also I give to my Daughter Betey aparte of my Land & boundid as follows beginning on the back Line Where Jamesis Line Strikes it thence along Jamesis Line to the Corner of Daughtrys fence then the owld rode To be the Line to the Widdow
porters thence along Sd. Line to the beginning----and also, I, give to my Daughter Fanny the
balance of my Land her Lifetime and after her Death the Land to belong to Little Thomas Johns Sun of Wm. Johns----and also I give to me Daughter Fanny all my Stock of Every kind and also all my Household furniture all & Singular----and also my desire is that all my Children Shall bare an Equel
parte of my Debts acording to the quantity of their Land and Lastly I do Constitute & opointe James Turner & Jas. Bell Executors to this My Last Will and testiment ---Witness my hand this 29th of august 1817
