FORT WORTH -- Harriet Yarbrough Seelinger, 74, hairdresser at the Hair Plaza on Westcreek, died Saturday, Oct. 2, 1999, in Fort Worth. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Monday in Burleson Cemetery.  Harriet Seelinger was born Feb. 23, 1925, in Whitney. She was a former longtime resident of Burleson.  Survivors: Sons, Cliff, Tommy and Floyd Yarbrough; daughter, Wnevla Sharp; two brothers; one sister; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
