Francille Jean Walker, 79, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, died Monday, Feb. 7, 2000 in the home.

Born Oct. 5, 1920 in Atlanta, she was the daughter of Walker Clarence and Lena McKamie Jean. She was a homemaker and member of First United Methodist Church in Colorado.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Walker, her parents and a brother, Clarence Lee Jean.

Survivors include two sons, Marshall Rolle Walker of Seattle, Wash., and Winston Andrew Walker of Steamboat Springs, Colo.; two daughters, Melissa Jean Walker and Priscilla Walker Engeln, both of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a sister, Elizabeth Gaines of Las Vegas, Nev.; a brother, Joseph Lane Jean of Atlanta; seven grandchildren, Derek Winston Walker, Kira Walker Ripley, Luke Andrew Walker, Emily Marie Walker, Paul Walker Goss, Anna Katherine Engeln and James Theodore Engeln; and two great-grandchildren, McKamie Walker and Zachary Walker.

Memorial service was 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12, at First United Methodist Church in Colorado Springs with Swan Law Funeral Directors Inc. in charge.
