ITASCA - Buford Jean, 77, a retired lineman for Hill County Electric Cooperative, died Thursday, Oct. 16, 1997, at a Waco hospital. Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday at Central Baptist Church. Burial: Itasca Cemetery.

Buford Jean was born July 3, 1920, in Woodbury. Survivors: Wife, Alice of Itasca; sons and their wives, Randall and Jean Jean of Round Rock and Rex and Pam Jean of Itasca; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
