Jobes/Jobs Family - New Jersey, 1670-1900 > "The Jobs Family" by Storm Jobs Yanicks

Jobes/Jobs family researchers have a wonderful tool at their disposal, courtesy of Storm Jobs Yanicks. In 1995, Storm published a hardcover book on her branch of the Jobs Family, and everyone researching the family or just interested in their origins should consider owning a copy.

The book's complete title is "The Jobs Family - Descendants of Adam Jobs (1748-1798) of New Jersey, with histories of related families: Allen, Ames, Brown, Campbell, Hynd, Osborn, Stormont". Even if you are not directly descended from Adam Jobs, the background information about the origins of the Jobes/Jobs family provided in the Introduction and the detail included about the lives of Adam Jobs and his descendants make fascinating reading and are well worth the book's modest price.
