After devine service the church sat in conference Brother Baines Moderator

1^st opened a door for the reception of members

2^nd called for references

3^rd On motion resolved to communion here after in May and September

4^th On motion resolved to choose deacons at our next meeting

5^th On motion resolved to apply to War Eagle Church for Ministerial aid to assist in ordaining deacons at our July meeting and that the commune at that time. Brother Baines and brother Harden to wait at War Eagle Church and bear our request. Signed by order of the church J. B. Keith assistant Clerk

2^nd opened a door for the reception of members

3^rd referenced called for and taken up

4^th proceeded to choose brethren Beal Gaither and Guin Porter deacons done by order of the church brother J. H. Marshal Clerk

1^st invited visiting bertha to seats with us

2^nd opened a door for the reception of members and received John Brumbelow by letter

3^rd Called for references

4^th Ordered that J. H. Marshal prepare a letter to the association ???? sent it to the next meeting for inspection

5^th on motion agreed to send two dollars to the association to purchase minutes

6^th the church elected the following brethren as delegates to the association

G. W. Baines, Beal Gaither, and Leonard Huff, and brother J. H. Marshal in case of failure by order of the church.
