Saturday before the third in September 1844 the church met at Bro Porters
and after Worship proceeded to business.
1st The church then took their seats and invited brethren to seats
with us.
2nd Opened a door for the reception of members and received none.
3rd References called for and took up the case of Bro Brumbelow
and referred till meeting in course.
4th The church liberated D Nicals & Wm P Stroud
to exercise a publick gift in any way the Lord May direct their minds.
5th The church appoint Wm P Stroud to prepare a letter to
the convention and that Beal Gaither, David Nical and Wm P Stroud
be appointed to bear the letter. Wm P Stroud, Ch Clrk.

The Church met at Brother Porters and after worship proceeded to
business.
1st Invited Brethren to their seats.
2nd Invited visiting brethren to seats with us.
3rd Opened a door for the reception of members and received none.
4th Took up the reference of Brothers and referred until our next
meeting.
5th The letter to the convention called for read and received.

November Missing

Creek church met at Bro Porters and after worship proceeded to
business.
1st Called the Brethren to their seats.
2nd Chose Brother Nichols Moderator protem
3rd Opened a door for the reception of members and received none.
4th Called for reference and took up the case of Brother Brumbleow
