Third Saturday in July 1835 the met according to appointment and after prayer proceeded to business

1^st Invited members of sister church to seats with us.

2^nd Opened a door for reception of members

3^rd Appointed brother Beal Gaither, Stephen Keith and Samuel Davis to select a place for a meeting house and report the same to our next meeting.

4^th Appointed brother Samuel Bristow to make a minute of the day signed by order of the church signed Samuel Bristow clerk protem

The church met at the house of Joel King and after prayer proceeded to business

4^th The Church sends by brother Maynun to the church on War Eagle for Ministerial Assistance done by order of the church J. H. Marshall Clerk
