to set at the school house in Blyeths settlement by the Crooked Creek
Church met and after service postponed the business. Receiving members until
Sunday. We opened a door and received by letter James Barnet and William
Moore by experience. John Wood, L Mihala Freeman, Elizabeth Dobbs,
Fisebee Moore.

Saturday before the third Sabbath in March 1842. The church met at
Matthew Bristows and after worship proceeded to business.
1st Invited brethren of sister churches to seats with us.
Appointed moderator.
2nd Opened a door for the receipt of members and received none.
3rd The committee appointed to set as the Crooked Creek Church
made a report from the different places of meetings and received and ordered to
be recorded.
4th The report made by Bro Baines of a meeting held on Long
Creek. Report Received.
5th A report of a meeting held in the Blythe settlement and
report received.
